We’re the American Chemical Society (ACS) student chapter here at UT Austin. As a brief introduction, ACS is the largest professional group of chemists in the world, and our club acts as a liaison for students and the national organization. As an added perk, we’re the only student organization that focuses solely on the big world of chemistry!

We usually send out our most active members on a free trip to the annual ACS national conference which is set to be in San Diego, California in 2025! We have lots of events - outreach, fundraising and social - and are always looking for new members.

We invite a variety of scientists from industry and academia alike to come speak to us during our meetings, so there should be something for everyone.
